Two layers in one piece. The outer short is cut low and light for total freedom of movement, and the inner layer gives you everything you expect from your favorite underwear, so you can train, run or swim without wearing anything else.

The outer fabric stretches too. Unlike regular shorts, nothing pulls when you squat, sprint or climb out of the pool.

Built-in inner layer
Stretch outer shell
Elastic waistband with drawcord
For the gym, the beach and the pool

Best Gym Shorts Ever!

Love it! Best gym shorts ever! Great support without the all the extra fabric like other shorts. The order was quick. I thought i would order a medium but then the size was actually too small. The large fits nicely. Might order a second pair!
